ORDERING YOUR ROCA JEWELRY

We treat all orders that are received through our website as "special orders". We are a small company and rarely ”pre-stock” items, so in most cases, your piece will be created to your specifications AFTER receiving the order. Therefore, please allow between 2-7 days for us to fill and ship your order. All items are placed in a lovely Roca Jewelry Designs box along with a ribbon and a mini business card.

You will receive an email confirmation of your order once it has been placed. A second email will be sent upon shipment of your order along with a tracking number that can be used to track the status of your delivery. If an item is backordered or delayed, you will be contacted via email or telephone as soon as possible with an estimated ship date. If you have questions or concerns, please feel free to contact us via

CUSTOM ORDERS

 

Roca Jewelry Designs welcomes and encourages custom orders. Design intricacy and availability of gemstones and beads will determine production time and cost of your special order. Please contact us to discuss specific details concerning your one-of-a-kind piece! All sales are final for custom orders.

 

PAYMENT OPTIONS

We accept American Express, Visa, Mastercard, and Discover credit card payments. We also accept PayPal payments.

SALES TAX

 

Sales tax is automatically calculated based on your shipping address. All retail orders that ship within Wyoming are subject to sales tax.

Shipping & Returns

SHIPPING & RETURNS

 

Orders for in-stock items will ship via USPS First Class Mail with appropriate insurance. Most orders will be mailed within two business days. However, due to the hand-fabricated nature of our products, some may require additional production time. If this is the case, you will be notified via email with the expected ship date. All items will ship via USPS First Class Mail with an expected delivery time between 2-5 days depending on your location. If you would like your package expedited, USPS Priority Mail Express is also available. Expected delivery time for Priority Mail Express is 1-2 days at a charge of $26.50. Shipping and delivery times may be delayed during holiday seasons, so please add at least one day to the shipping time frames provided. Pricing is subject to change.

For shipments outside the continental United States, please send us an
email or call us at 307-455-2959 for estimated shipping costs. Customers are responsible for international duties, taxes, and refused shipping charges.

 

RETURNS AND EXCHANGES

If for any reason you are unhappy with any item that you have purchased from Roca Jewelry Designs, you may return it to us within 14 days of receipt to receive a full refund or to exchange it for another item. We only accept returns for purchases from our website or Etsy shop. Products purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer and are subject to the retailer’s individual store policy. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on any custom orders.

Items must be returned in their original packaging in perfect condition. We cannot accept COD deliveries. Should an item need to be returned for repair, please contact us by email  or call us Mon. – Fri. at 307-455-2959 from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm MST.

REPAIRS AND ALTERATIONS

We stand behind the quality of our merchandise and are happy to provide repairs due to breakage or damage due to normal "wear and tear" or production fault FREE OF CHARGE FOR ONE YEAR from the date of purchase. After one year, repairs will incur a minimal charge.

We will do our best to accommodate your repair request, but due to the nature of our products, some components may no longer be available for repair on older items. We will repair any item purchased through our website or Etsy Shop. Products purchased through our retailers must be returned to the retailer to process the repair.

We offer size alterations for bracelets and necklaces for a $20.00 fee plus shipping charges. We also will replace lost earring mates for half of the cost of the original pair of earrings plus shipping. Should an item need to be returned for repair, please contact us by
email or call us Mon. – Fri. at 307-455-2959 from 10:00 am – 5:00 pm MST.

TAKING CARE OF YOUR ROCA JEWELRY

Your Roca jewelry piece is crafted using natural gemstones and pecious metals. Natural exposure to air and humidity will cause some tarnishing of metals and dulling of stones. To restore the luster of your piece, polish with a soft cotton cloth or silver polishing cloth. We recommend using a Sunshine Cloth which is available for purchase on this site. 

Avoid exposure to water, detergents, and other chemicals to preserve the integrity and life of your piece. Avoid bathing and showering while wearing your jewelry piece, especially if it has been created with natural leathers, linens, rhinestones, or plated metals. 

Store your jewelry in a dry area away from direct sunlight, preferably in a soft pouch or closed jewelry box.
